Devanand Baba’s journey began with a heartbreaking personal tragedy. After witnessing his beloved wife’s struggle with mental illness, which ultimately led to her untimely death, Baba resolved to transform his grief into action. He understood the deep-rooted stigma surrounding mental health and recognized the urgent need for compassionate care. This commitment propelled him to create a shelter where those suffering from similar ailments could find solace, support, and a chance to heal.
