Dev Anand Divyang Ashram At Dev Anand Divyang Ashram, we deeply value every contribution made towards the well-being and upliftment of differently-abled individuals. Since donations are made voluntarily to support a charitable cause, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy.
🟢 Cancellation Policy:
Once a donation is made successfully, it cannot be cancelled under normal circumstances.
In case of any error during the transaction (such as duplicate payments or incorrect amount), donors are requested to contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
🟢 Refund Policy:
Refunds (if applicable) will be made only in genuine cases, such as:
Duplicate donations
Technical errors in the payment gateway
Refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
